Soccer Specific Training
We practice techniques specific to game scenarios to improve our players’ mental game, soccer performance and confidence.

With Paramount Performance Training your athlete will see the game in a different way. Working on ball control, first touch on the ball, shoot, passing patterns and much more!


Speed & Agility training
Speed and agility is crucial for the athlete’s ability to control their body, activate explosive movement, and adapt to game specific situations.
We hone in on an athlete’s ability to accelerate/decelerate, body positioning, and much more to critic even the smallest areas that can be improved. On the field, even the smallest movement can be the difference between gaining the edge on your opponent or losing the game
Strength& Conditioning
Effective strength and conditioning allows the athlete to strengthen supporting muscular structures and improve mind-body connection. Even the smallest muscle imbalances can be the difference between winning that next 1:1 battle and not. Our training staff works to increase mobility, learn correct form and engagement, enhance coordination and peripheral skills.
These workout plans are geared towards the movements replicated in the game of a soccer player that are scientifically designed to increase overall strength, explosiveness, and reduce the risk of injury.


Injury Prevention
Our program will focus specifically on teaching athletes how to prevent common soccer injuries. We educate athletes on targeted anatomical activation and demonstrate proper stretching techniques, warm-up exercises, and cool-down routines to help prevent muscle strains, sprains, and other frequent soccer injuries.
